Hi, I'm Lel. Mentor, integrated business advisor, and founder of the Integrated Success Method.
I didn't come to this work from the sidelines. I spent over 25 years in business.
I co-founded a ticketless parking company, bringing the technology first to market and building it into a multi-million-dollar business — from the ground up, from the inside. I was in the operations, the growth, the high-pressure decisions.
I held a great deal together for a long time.
And from the outside, it looked like success.
What I experienced behind the scenes changed the way I see business forever.
Because what I learned — through building something real, at real cost - is that capability alone doesn't protect you.
Strategy alone doesn't protect you. You can be experienced, intelligent, and deeply committed to what you're building, and still find yourself exposed if the foundations aren't right.
It's not always the market that breaks a business. Sometimes it's the pressure that accumulates quietly.
The wrong advice at a critical moment. Decisions made under stress that you wouldn't make with clarity.
And structures with no real protection built in — so when things get hard, there's nothing to hold.
I saw things early. I felt when something wasn't right. But when you're deep inside it — when there's responsibility, pressure, and everything at stake — clarity is not always accessible.
That's why I built ISM.
Not from theory. Not from a certification alone. From lived experience of what it takes to build something that lasts — and from becoming an accredited holistic wellness practitioner, coach, and mentor along the way, because I saw firsthand that the business and the person building it can't be treated separately.
I now mentor entrepreneurs, business leaders, and couples who are building something real.
I help them see what they can't yet see from inside it.
I help them build with solid foundations, integrated wellbeing, and the kind of protection most people only wish they'd had earlier — becoming stronger, clearer leaders in the process.
Because a business should sustain the person who built it.
